All courses offered by The Mystic Remedy (TMR), including but not limited to Astrology, Numerology, Spiritual Healing, Paranormal Guidance, Mystic Practices, and related subjects, are provided solely for educational, self-development, research, and guidance purposes.

TMR does not promote, encourage, or support superstition, fear-based practices, fraud, black magic, harm to any individual, or any unlawful activity.

2. Age Eligibility

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older may register independently.

Applicants under the age of 18 may enroll only with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

3. Health Declaration

The student confirms that they are enrolling voluntarily and are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental well-being before participating in any course.

If a student is experiencing a serious medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition, they are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before enrolling.

TMR does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice or treatment.

4. No Guarantee of Results

TMR does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions, miraculous outcomes, financial gain, employment, business success, health improvement, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary depending on personal understanding, effort, practice, and circumstances.

5. Personal Responsibility

The student agrees to use all knowledge, techniques, practices, and information learned through TMR responsibly and entirely at their own discretion.

Any misuse, illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or harmful application of the course content shall be the sole responsibility of the student. TMR, its Founder, Trainers, Mentors, Employees, and Representatives shall not be held liable for such actions.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, hate speech, or any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of course access without prior notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, notes, audio recordings, graphics, logos, trademarks, teaching methods, and other educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of The Mystic Remedy (TMR).

Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, selling, publishing, modifying, or commercially using any course material without prior written permission from TMR is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Login & Account Security

Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Sharing login details or providing course access to any third party is strictly prohibited. TMR reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate such accounts without refund.

9. Fees & Refund Policy

All course fees are final.

Once payment has been successfully completed and enrollment has been confirmed, fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable unless expressly approved in writing by TMR.

10. Modification of Terms

TMR reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Revised terms become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
